Mindfulness Meditation

Christine regularly teaches a four week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation for Mindfulness Works Australia at Friend's House, Surry Hills, in the inner city of Sydney.

How does mindfulness work?

Mindfulness relaxes us and makes us less reactive. There are many studies that confirm the effectiveness of mindfulness in reducing stress, depression, anxiety and increasing levels of self-acceptance and self-awareness.
